Rachel McGhee

Rachel McGhee, MBA, PASC, currently serves as Acting Onboarding Manager within the Global Human Resources team at Human Rights Watch, overseeing the onboarding process for new hires and ensuring compliance and effective communication between teams. With extensive experience in human resources, Rachel previously held roles including Sr. Coordinator and Coordinator of Global Human Resources, managing employee data, supporting organizational goals with analytics, and addressing employee inquiries. Prior positions include Human Resource Generalist at Carbon Chemistry Ltd., Recruiter at primesource staffing, Administrative Assistant at Brownstone Services, Enrollment Services Advisor at Ashford University, and Military Language Instructor in the US Navy. Rachel holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Development and Education from Ashford University.
