Subhajit Saha is an accomplished human rights advocate with extensive experience in disability rights and youth engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Coordinator and Senior Associate in the Disability Rights Division at Human Rights Watch since July 2020, Subhajit oversees the monitoring and documentation of human rights conditions worldwide, manages project timelines for research and advocacy, and contributes to various publications. Prior to this, Subhajit held positions at the United Nations, including Co-Chair of the Youth Representatives Steering Committee, where initiatives focused on enhancing youth participation in global discussions. Subhajit has also worked as a consultant for organizations like the IVECA Center for International Virtual Schooling and the Olof Palme Peace Foundation, while contributing insights to reports on migrant populations for StoryCorps. A graduate of Hunter College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government, Subhajit's educational background includes a focus on human rights and international relations.
