Nora Manapova has extensive experience in UX design and product development. Nora currently holds the position of Senior UX Lead at HUMAN. Prior to this role, Nora worked as a Senior User Experience Designer at Certent, Inc., where they led the design process for a complex financial application. Nora also served as a Lead UX Designer at Koverse, where they designed a pioneer data app. Nora has worked in various other senior UX design roles, including at ComSites West, Aventria Health Group, uVited.com, San Diego Law Library, UX Design | Enterprise UX, Rocket Web Inc, and WePassed LLC. Throughout their career, Nora has demonstrated expertise in usability audits, product design, information architecture, and mobile UX.
Nora Manapova has a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree from TSUAB - Tomsk State University of Architecture and Building, which they obtained from 1985 to 1991. Nora also has a certificate in Front End Development from Humber College, obtained from 2004 to 2005. Additionally, they have a certificate in Human Computer Interaction from Stanford University, obtained in 2013. Nora has obtained various certifications, including a UX Director | Principal certification from Nielsen Norman Group in 2023, and UX Management, Emotional Design, Getting Dashboards Right: Information Visualization, Membership Certificate, and Mobile UX certifications from the Interaction Design Foundation in 2020.
