Paul Minzner is an accomplished accountant with extensive experience in various financial roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Accountant at Humanim since October 2020, Paul maintains all accounting records using QuickBooks. Prior experience includes a position as Sr Accountant and Financial Reporting Specialist at Bodycote from June 2005 to 2020, where responsibilities included financial analysis and general ledger management for a shared services center. Previously, Paul held the role of Finance Unit Manager at Providence Software Solutions, managed payroll accounting at Signal Corporation, and served as an Accounting faculty member at Bryant & Stratton College. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland and a diploma in Brewing Biology, Engineering & Craft Brewers Apprenticeship from the American Brewers Guild.

Our mission is to support and empower individuals who face social or economic challenges — by building pathways to economic equity, opportunity, and independence. With a staff of over 300, Humanim provides services to over 4,000 individuals a year. Humanim has a 50 year history of supporting and economically empowering individuals. We do this through 35+ programs in the areas of human services, youth services, workforce development, and social enterprise throughout Maryland. Our organization was founded on the belief that every human being has potential and that work is transformative, with the goal of creating economic equity for individuals with disabilities and socio-economic challenges.
