Welcome to the Humanistic Management Foundation. Humanistic Management promotes human dignity in business and society. It is a management philosophy and movement founded in St. Gallen in 2007. It has entered management education, research, and practice since then. The foundation was established to support a committed group of companies, their thriving, and sound leadership succession for them. The foundation’s motto is vivat, floreat, crescat, which is what we wish for human dignity in business – may it grow and prosper.
