Sophia Friedrich

Sophia Friedrich is a seasoned professional in customer success and content management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at HUMANOO since November 2023. Previously, Sophia held multiple roles at Opinary from March 2019 to November 2023, including Branded Content Lead, Senior Content Manager, and Content Creator. Prior experience includes a position in public relations at Megacult marketing for the masses GmbH and a placement as a Marketing Student at BuroHappold Engineering, where responsibilities included creating and translating project sheets and managing press distribution lists.
