Kara Kaplan

Kara Kaplan is a seasoned executive in the fields of technology-driven talent management and psychometric science, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Ask Aura by Humantelligence Inc. since March 2025. Previously, Kara held the position of CEO at High5 from October 2022 to December 2024, where efforts focused on creating a global work enablement platform. As Interim COO at WurkNow from May 2022 to October 2022, strategic initiatives involved leveraging AI and blockchain for workforce management. Furthermore, Kara co-founded and served as CEO of Moonrise from December 2017 to March 2022, leading the development of a staffing technology platform aimed at connecting companies with hourly workers.
