Jeena Sebastian

Jeena leads Hungama’s BI & MIS division. With her sound understanding of the regulatory and reporting requirements, extensive experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis combined with the understanding of key performance indicators, she has been instrumental in collaborating with financial reporting and IT teams to develop initiatives and strategies that optimize costs and enhance internal and external reporting. She provides valuable financial insights that facilitates the decision-making process and ensures alignment of capital and resource allocation within the business budget.

Prior to Hungama, she has worked with institutions such as ICICI Bank, Maersk Global Service Centre which constitutes the basis of her diverse expertise. She is also driven by new initiatives for financial planning and business intelligence systems.
