Joshua began the career journey as a Tier 2 Help Desk Student Consultant and later as Head Student Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, providing technical support and training. Joshua holds a BS in Mathematics & Computer Science from the same university, awarded in 2012.
