Charles Arnold

Charles Arnold is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and maintenance. Since April 2016, Charles has served as the Owner of Tubs & More, demonstrating strong entrepreneurial skills. Concurrently, Charles has been the Maintenance Director at Hunt Companies since 2010, overseeing budget and variance analysis, project management, operations management, and staff training and development. Previously, from 2002 to 2010, Charles held the position of Lead Tech at Mid-America Apartment Communities, where responsibilities included financial reporting and human resource management. Charles also has experience as a Maintenance Supervisor at Corder Crossing Apartments and Simpson Housing, as well as a Maintenance Supervisor role at Raymond James & Associates, Inc. Charles completed education at Warner Robins High School from 1989 to 1992.
