Carey Cahill has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications and technology industry. They started their career at Seagate Technology in 1999 as a Project Manager, specifically managing the Maxtor/Quantum acquisition. In 2002, they joined Hunter Communications where they held various roles, including Director of Business Development and Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In these roles, Carey was responsible for business processes, financial budgeting, revenue projections, and reporting. They also played a pivotal role in recruiting high-level employees and managing the sales, marketing, and general direction of the company. Additionally, Carey focused on expanding business and led the company's sales, marketing, branding, and market penetration efforts.
Carey Cahill attended MicroAge Technical Schooling from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineering. Their field of study focused on Information Technology and Telecommunications.

Hunter started building an all-fiber network throughout Medford with the vision of a Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) throughout rural Southern Oregon, Southeastern Oregon and Northern California. Hunter now owns the largest privately heldfiber optic network in the State of Oregon, and has expanded to provide advanced technical support and engineering solutions with the intent of becoming a sole source provider, capable of handling any telecommunications or networking need.
