Danielle Perlman

Danielle Perlman is a legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and litigation. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at Hunter Douglas, Inc. since November 2022, Danielle previously held positions at Standard Industries, where roles included Senior Litigation & Compliance Counsel and Director of Litigation & Compliance from December 2018 to November 2022. Prior experience also includes working as an Associate at Cohen & Gresser LLP and Sidley Austin LLP, as well as serving as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Beth Bloom at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Danielle earned a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in History and English from the University of Pennsylvania.
