Mrs. Duggan has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware with a concentration in Business and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She and her family have lived in Raritan Township for over 18 years. Mrs. Duggan has over 25 years of business experience and has held various positions in finance, marketing, and data analytics. Prior to being elected to the Hunterdon Central Board of Education, Mrs. Duggan served as a board member for the Flemington-Raritan Girls Softball League.
