Hila Bar-On

Hila Bar-On is an experienced professional in global human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Global HR and Organizational Development at Hunters since September 2024. Prior roles include Director of Global Organizational Development and Learning at Pagaya, and various HR and organizational development positions at Payoneer, Moburst, Medinol, Sigma Aldrich, and Goldman HR. Hila holds a Master's degree in Social Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Tel Aviv University.
