David Hermann has extensive experience in financial management and real estate, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Team Lead for Special Assets at Huntington National Bank since April 2009. In this role, David supervises a team managing an $800 million real estate loan portfolio across 16 states and oversees a bank-owned real estate portfolio that has been reduced from over $110 million to approximately $15 million. Previously, David held positions as Vice President of Special Assets and OREO at Huntington, and as VP-Finance at Diversified Property Group, where responsibilities included financial oversight and asset management. David's career also includes significant roles at Pulte Homes and Arthur Andersen, where expertise in financial auditing and compliance with US GAAP was developed. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University.
