Sean Walther

Sean Walther serves as the Chief Compliance & Conduct Risk Officer at Huntington National Bank since May 2021, overseeing all aspects of the Compliance Department, including the development of compliance programs and representation in bank-wide committees. Previously, Sean worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from January 1997 to July 2014 as Vice President and Compliance Director, providing guidance in the Consumer Lending line and developing a strategic fair lending program. Sean earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kent State University.
