Rachel Abraham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in root cause analysis and business support management. Currently serving as a Root Cause Analyst at Lloyds Banking Group since April 2013, Rachel has also held the position of Business Support Manager at Huntswood since April 2008. Previous roles include Team Leader for Customer Complaint Handling at Lloyds TSB, PMO Administrative Assistant at Scottish Widows, and various administrative and support positions across companies such as Deloitte and Zurich Financial Services. Rachel holds a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney and a BSc Hons in Biological Sciences from the University of Plymouth, complemented by A Levels in Zoology, Botany, and Chemistry.
