Patrick Donnelly is a seasoned professional in the small business and economic development sector, currently serving as a Small Business Specialist at Libro Credit Union since September 2021. Concurrently, Patrick holds the position of Small Business Centre Coordinator for the County of Huron and works as an Entrepreneur and Business Coach with Huron County Economic Development, both roles starting in July 2017.
