TJ Hollinden currently serves as the Director of Operations at USA Insulation Louisville - East since April 2024. In addition, TJ has been a Licensed Realtor with eXp Realty since February 2018. Prior to these roles, TJ was the Director of Business Development at Mattingly Ford Title Services LLC from May 2023 to January 2024, focusing on client development and real estate closings. TJ's experience in real estate began as a Real Estate Agent at RE/MAX Champions from January 2014 to January 2018. Earlier career roles included Food and Beverage Director at Craft Farms Golf Club and Dining Room Manager at Cafe Grazie. TJ holds an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Sullivan University and has educational background from Western Kentucky University and Trinity High School.
