Morten Fæste

Morten Fæste is a specialized attorney with extensive experience in real estate law, particularly in consumer enterprises, housing law, servitudes, taxation, inheritance, and general contract law, currently serving at Huseierne since July 2013. In addition to providing legal advice to members, Morten regularly conducts lectures on relevant legal topics and acts as a spokesperson for legal matters on behalf of Huseierne. Prior to this role, Morten worked as a consultant at Leiebolig AS from January 2007 to June 2009, focusing on research and mapping of rental properties in Norway. Morten's career also includes a position as a shift leader at Skiforeningen from June 2004 to May 2008, managing the operations and staff at the Holmenkollen Turistanlegg. Morten holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Oslo, completed in 2013, along with earlier education from the University of Bergen, Danvik Folkehøyskole, and Eikeli videregående skole.
