Prior roles include Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Missouri Botanical Garden and Director of Workforce Management and Transformation at Nestlé, where Amanda drove organizational transformation and enhanced employee experience through effective change management practices. As the founder of Shields Consulting, Amanda specialized in fostering transformational change across various organizations, optimizing communication and change management processes.
