Naitik Mehta is an accomplished professional in the fields of design and startup recruiting, currently serving as a Fellow at On Deck and as a Maker for Minimal Linkedin. Since July 2021, Naitik has been building a recruiting engine at StartupBake, focusing on connecting elite startups with founding engineers, designers, and growth marketers.
