Clair Koroma currently serves as a Senior Advisor to the Federal CIO on IT Modernization at The White House, providing strategic guidance and overseeing IT initiatives within the Office of Management and Budget. Koroma has a diverse background in digital services and operations, including positions as Chief of Staff at the Cloud Computing Program Office, Chief Operations Officer at the Defense Digital Service, and multiple roles at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In addition to practical experience, Koroma holds an M.A. in Environmental Policy from American University and a B.A. in Environmental Science and Biology from George Mason University, while also contributing as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University and an advisory board member at Hutch Studio.
