Caroline Schaefer

Caroline Schaefer has extensive experience in athletic administration, marketing, and coaching, currently serving as the Athletic Director and Assistant Athletic Director for Operations at Hutchison School since August 2018. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Director of Marketing and Execution at Fox Sports Knoxville and contributed to recruiting operations at the University of Tennessee from August 2015 to January 2018, including various internship roles in athletic marketing. Caroline's experience also includes assisting with College GameDay at ESPN and working as a Property Assistant with IMG College, alongside notable contributions at SEC Media Days. With a background coaching youth lacrosse that led to three consecutive state championships, Caroline has a solid foundation in sports management. Academic credentials include degrees in Recreation and Sports Management and Health and Human Sciences from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
