Nicola Watson

Nicola Watson, Chartered MCIPD, serves as the Human Resources Director and Head of HR at H.W. Anderson since March 2017, providing strategic support across Edinburgh, Dublin, and New York throughout the full employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include supporting organizational strategy development, managing performance reviews, implementing company policies, and fostering positive employee relations. Nicola also oversees reward and benefits management, conducts onboarding and training, and handles payroll and visa processing. Prior to this role, Nicola was the Office Manager at HeadNorth Consulting Ltd from April 2014 to March 2017. Nicola holds a CIPD Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management, completed between 2018 and 2020.
