Arnie Sugar is a highly experienced Principal Hydrogeologist at HWA GeoSciences Inc., where expertise encompasses geology, hydrogeology, environmental consulting, and regulatory compliance, particularly for public infrastructure projects. Our professional staff includes engineers, geologists, construction inspectors, laboratory technicians, environmental scientists, and support personnel. Located in Bothell, Washington our office includes an in-house, state-of-the-art materials testing laboratory, which is accredited by AASHTO R18 (American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials).
