Dustin Whalen is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering, currently serving as Technical Lead for the Drinking Water group and Project Manager at HWC Engineering since June 2009. Additionally, Dustin holds the role of Office Manager in the Terre Haute office. Dustin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, graduating in 2009.
