Rachel Christenson, AICP, currently serves as the Planning Studio Lead and Project Manager at HWC Engineering since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Planning Director, Acting Town Manager/Planning Director, and Assistant Planning Director at the Town of Pendleton, Indiana from April 2014 to March 2021. Rachel also worked as a Senior Planner at the Madison County Council of Governments from February 2007 to April 2014 and as a Landscape Designer/Land Acquisition Specialist at Lake County Parks and Recreation from May 2006 to February 2007. Rachel holds a Certificate in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, both from Ball State University.
