Amy Corry

Amy Corry is a Special Counsel in theSydney Insurance Group and has over 9 years of experience representing insurers and employers in all aspects of employers’ liability and workers compensation litigation.

Amy has an in-depth understanding of NSW Worker’s Compensation legislation and its application. Amy has represented private employers, government agencies and self-insurers in complex statutory claims across various industries including the mining, service, transport, health and aged care sectors.

Amy works closely with insurers and employers at an early stage, to devise and implement a claims management strategy that reflects the needs and objectives of all stakeholders, whilst also managing potential risks and minimising costs. In addition, Amy advises and assists employers and insurers in complying with legislative timeframes and regulatory guidelines in a landscape of regular legislative change.
