Currently, Matthew acts for the State Government, self-insurers and private insurers in claims for statutory and common law workers’ compensation benefits and damages arising from personal injuries.
Matthew is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer and advocate, and appears on behalf of his insurer clients throughout all stages of the WorkCover WA Conciliation and Arbitration process. Likewise, he has experience in the defence of common law damages claims in the Western Australian District and Supreme Courts.
With a substantial workers’ compensation practice, Matthew has a focus on providing timely and commercial outcomes for his clients.
