Tina Chater has extensive experience in the field of People & Organization. Tina'smost recent role is as the Vice President of People & Organization at hy – the Axel Springer Consulting Group. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of People & Organisation at the same company. Tina also served as the Head of People & Culture and Head of Movinga Academy at Movinga. Before that, they worked at Proudfoot, where they held various positions, including People Solutions Director, People Solutions Manager, and People Solutions Specialist. Tina also worked as a Management Consultant at IMPAC Ltd. in 2009 and as a Senior Behavioural Manager and Consultant & Behavioural Specialist at IMPAC Ltd. in 2007-2009.
Tina Chater earned a Magister Artium (M.A.) degree in International Information Management with a focus on Intercultural Communication, Management, and Political Sciences from Stiftung Universität Hildesheim between 2001 and 2007. Additionally, they pursued studies of Spanish language and culture at Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona, Spain from 2003 to 2004. In 2014, Tina obtained a certification as an NLP Practitioner from Excellence Assured.
