Kyle Frizzell

Kyle Frizzell serves as the Director of Payments at Hy-Vee, Inc. since June 2009, managing all facets of point of sale and payment systems for grocery, pharmacy, fuel, and restaurant operations. Prior to this role, Kyle held the position of Director of Information Technology Security, focusing on security program development and implementation across systems and networks. Additionally, Kyle has been a Firefighter/Engineer/Paramedic with the City of Clive, Iowa, since December 2001, responsible for emergency response training and maintaining pertinent certifications. Earlier experience at Hy-Vee included roles as Information Technology Security Administrator, Retail Support Analyst for POS Switch, and Retail Support Technician, where responsibilities encompassed IT compliance, EFT transaction processing, and system maintenance for over 200 retail locations.
