Dr. Lucy Ogechi Efobi DNP, APN, FNP-BC, AAHIVS is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and healthcare consulting. Currently serving as an Independent Healthcare Consultant at Fragile Heart Health Consulting Services LLC and an On-Call Medical Provider at Summit Oaks Hospital, Dr. Efobi also practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Hyacinth, focusing on the health of HIV and STD patients. Alongside clinical practice, Dr. Efobi contributes to education as a Clinical Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University - Newark. Dr. Efobi holds a Doctor of Nursing from Rutgers University - Newark and is pursuing an MBA in Health/Healthcare Administration/Management at the University of Southern Indiana, along with certifications in simulation from Drexel University's College of Nursing and Health Professions. Additionally, Dr. Efobi possesses a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Caldwell University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics from the University of Benin.

Hyacinth is an HIV/AIDS service organization. They serve people living with AIDS. They create a way to increase access to care and improve the health of people living with HIV/AIDS, and who are at risk for HIV/AIDS. They provide community and professional learning experiences. They are regarded nationally as experts in adultlearning, active training, and instructional design.
