Quintina Hargrove is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community health, housing placement, and assessment administration. Currently serving as a Housing Placement Specialist at Hyacinth Foundation since September 2021 and as a Community Health Worker at RWJ Barnabas Health since January 2020, Quintina has demonstrated a strong commitment to community service. Prior roles include Assessment Administrator for both the TIMSS and NAEP studies at Westat, as well as various positions with the U.S. Census Bureau, including Field Representative. Quintina's background also encompasses administrative roles and direct care, with a focus on supporting vulnerable populations. Hyacinth is an HIV/AIDS service organization. They serve people living with AIDS. They create a way to increase access to care and improve the health of people living with HIV/AIDS, and who are at risk for HIV/AIDS. They provide community and professional learning experiences. They are regarded nationally as experts in adultlearning, active training, and instructional design.
