Throughout their career, they have focused on various aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, diversity initiatives, and benefits coordination.
Jeff McMiller attended Northern Illinois University in 2011, where they completed the PHR/SPHR program in the field of SHRM Management Prep Course. Prior to that, they attended Marian University Indianapolis from 2009 to 2010, where they focused on Human Resources Management.
