Ahmed Elayan has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where employment began in June 2004 and includes roles such as Technical Services Lead – Managed Services, IT Project Manager, and Global Telecommunications Analyst. Key responsibilities involve supporting hotel operations during takeovers, new openings, and systems upgrades, as well as managing the hotel’s Information Systems Department and various technologies, including Opera PMS, Micros POS, and network administration systems.
