Bill Boyd

Bill Boyd is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, and international business strategy. Currently serving as Director and Senior Tax Counsel at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Bill leads a multi-disciplinary team focusing on acquisition and disposition structures, as well as M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration. Prior experience includes roles at bp, where Bill specialized in M&A transactional tax planning and supporting innovation initiatives, and served as Tax Counsel for corporate and international transactions. Earlier positions at CDW and KPMG involved developing international business strategies and conducting due diligence for high-profile acquisitions, respectively. Bill holds an LLM in Taxation from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
