Holly Ghelfi

Holly Ghelfi has extensive legal experience, having held significant roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from August 2018 to September 2022, including Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, Senior Corporate Counsel, and Corporate Legal Counsel. Prior to this, Holly served as an Adjunct Professor Of Law and Graduate Student at the University of Zurich from August 2017 to August 2018. In the retail sector, Holly worked at J.Crew from December 2015 to June 2016 as Sr Director, Real Estate Counsel, overseeing global real estate legal matters and litigation. Holly was also In-House Counsel at Fast Retailing from February 2013 to November 2015, managing real estate transactions across several brands in the U.S. and Canada. Holly holds a Master’s degree in International Banking, Finance and Insurance from the University of Zurich and a Juris Doctorate from Stetson College of Law.
