Prior to this, Boyoung held key roles at Shinsegae International Inc. and Shinsegae Group from October 2023 to May 2025, where responsibilities included the strategic repositioning of the e-commerce business and leading brand and creative strategies. With extensive experience dating back to 1996 as the Chief Creative Director and Founder of Citizens of Now Here, Boyoung has worked with diverse clients to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Global Creative Director at Olaplex Inc. and at Google, where innovative brand strategies and campaigns were developed. Boyoung's educational background encompasses advanced degrees in graphic design from prestigious institutions and noteworthy scholarships.
