Stephan Noller

Stephan Noller is an accomplished professional in the fields of cybersecurity, data integrity, and digital marketing, currently serving as the Founder of HybridAI since February 2025. Previously, Stephan held the position of CEO at UBIRCH GmbH from May 2015 to February 2025, where the focus was on cybersecurity solutions for IoT. Stephan also served as Vice President of the German Federal Association of the Digital Economy (BVDW e.V.) from June 2017 to February 2020 and was the Managing Director of ubirch from 2015 to 2016. As a co-founder and CEO of nugg.ad, from June 2006 to December 2015, Stephan pioneered innovations in targeting and ad-optimization. Earlier career roles included Director at TNS Infratest, Senior Manager at TNS Emnid, and Product Manager at humanIT. Stephan holds a Diploma in Psychology from the University of Cologne.
