Mohamed Khafaga, PHRi™, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Commercial HR Business Partner Manager at Hyde Park Developments, Khafaga previously held significant positions at Paymob, where accomplishments included developing innovative eLearning platforms and leadership development programs. At JOBMASTER Human Capital Solutions, Khafaga successfully reduced turnover rates in distribution centers and implemented comprehensive HR methodologies. Additional roles include overseeing talent acquisition at Sparta Technologies and Egypt Foods Group, where notable reductions in turnover rates were achieved. Khafaga’s early career included talent acquisition roles at Etisalat Misr and PepsiCo, along with a background in customer service at Teleperformance and leadership with the FIFA media team.
