Aditya Rao is an experienced technology leader currently serving as a member of the Management Committee and Lead for the Vriddhi - Startup Forum at the Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association since April 2024. With a tenure at ServiceNow beginning in April 2014, Aditya progressed through several leadership roles, ultimately becoming Vice President of Platform Engineering, overseeing the Intelligent Platform Workflow Automation and associated products. Prior roles included Senior Director and Director, where Aditya managed cross-geographical teams and led significant platform initiatives in security and integration. Aditya's previous experience includes leadership positions within the IEEE Technology and Engineering Management Society and membership development roles for the IEEE Computer Society. Aditya's foundational career at Oracle included driving product innovation and leading initiatives that resulted in patented technologies. Aditya holds an MTech in Computer Science & Engineering from IIIT Hyderabad and a BE in Computer Science from the National Institute of Engineering.
