Joseph Gallagher is a seasoned engineering professional with a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at Hydra-Flex, Inc. since June 2023, Joseph previously held the role of Manufacturing Engineer at Uponor from April 2021 to June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Application Engineer - Controls at NPPI, where Joseph developed custom control solutions for industrial engine power packs and programming for various controllers. A notable internship with the Minnesota Department of Transportation involved data analysis and project reporting, where Joseph received the MnDOT Above and Beyond Award for exceptional contributions. Joseph also gained hands-on experience as a Senior Team Member for the University of Minnesota's Formula SAE team, focusing on the design and testing of automotive components.
