Kate Scarafiotti

Kate Scarafiotti is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and organizational change, currently serving as the Head of Organisational Change and Program Manager for Culture and Change at Hydro Tasmania since August 2015. In addition to this role, Kate holds the position of Manager Employee Relations and Senior HR Business Partner at The Association of Children with Disability (Tas) since January 2023 and is a Board Member of the same organization. Previous experience includes roles such as Employee Relations Consultant and HR Advisor at the Department of Health and Human Services from 2009 to August 2015, as well as Learning and Development Consultant at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Tas) from 2006 to 2008, and Learning and Development Coordinator at Westpac from January 2003 to December 2006. Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Tasmania, a Master of Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University, and a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management from Flinders University.
