Lora Wyman

Director, Human Resources Services And Labour Relations at Hydro Ottawa

Lora Wyman, MA, CHRL, serves as the Director of Human Resources Services and Labour Relations at Hydro Ottawa since March 2020, having previously held the position of Manager of Labour Relations. Prior experience includes Manager of Labour Relations at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario from 2013 to March 2020 and Director of Human Resources at Arnprior Aerospace Inc. from 2011 to 2013, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR services in unionized environments. Lora’s career also features roles such as Senior Advisor in Labour Relations at the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority and Director of Human Resources at IMP Group, alongside earlier positions at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre, Smurfit-Stone, and the City of Thunder Bay. Lora holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University and completed a Leadership Program at Queen's University.
