Hydroline
Jan Mattlin serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board at Hydroline since October 2021, alongside holding the position of Chairman of the Board at kW-set Oy since August 2022. Mattlin is also a Board Member for Saalasti Finland Oy and HL-Hydraulics Oy since September 2023. As the Founder of Gallmoor Capital Partners since February 2021, Mattlin provides professional advice in transactions, financing, and turnarounds. Previous experience includes Senior Advisor at Norra Finans from May 2021 to April 2023, and over two decades at CapMan, where Mattlin held roles as Partner and Investment Director. Additional board memberships encompass Renoa, DEN, and Fortaco Group Oy. Mattlin holds a Master’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and studied at Technische Universität Braunschweig.
