Igor Martin

Igor Martin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the chemicals and technology sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Hydromea SA since June 2018, Igor Martin leads a Swiss deep-tech company focused on innovative underwater asset assurance solutions. Prior to this, Igor Martin held significant positions at LANXESS as Business Director, managing the Disinfectants business acquired from Chemours, and at The Chemours Company as Global Business Manager for Virkon Disinfectants. Earlier career experience includes roles at DuPont, where Igor Martin was Sales Leader for Water Technologies and Business Manager for Clean & Disinfect across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as various roles at The Solae Company in commercial capacity. Igor Martin holds an MBA from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics & Industrial Engineering from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University, complemented by a certificate in International Finance from Mikkeli Polytechnic.
