Sarah Skinner

Sarah Skinner, CHRL, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hydrostor, where responsibilities include developing and executing the human resources strategy aligned with the organization's overall plan. Prior to this role, Sarah held various positions at EXP, including Vice President and Human Resources Director, where contributions involved leading HR functions, talent management, and strategic partnerships with senior executives. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Human Resources Manager at Trow Global and Human Resources Coordinator at Bereskin & Parr and Smiths Detection. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies with a major in Human Resources from Western University and a postgraduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College.
