Luke Martin

Luke Martin is an accomplished System Engineer and System Administrator with extensive experience in IT support and infrastructure management. Currently at Hygiena since November 2018, Luke has excelled in creating and maintaining Service Desk processes, as well as implementing an inventory management system for over 1500 devices. Previously, at Fox Rent-A-Car, Luke held roles as Service Desk Administrator and Service Desk Technician, where key achievements included managing various technology platforms, designing office networking infrastructure, and supporting over thirty locations nationally. With a background that includes technical support at Sage Network & Communications and operational management at Ericksons Roofing Co, Luke has a solid foundation in both technical and administrative roles. Luke holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from California State University Channel Islands.
