Aaron Shaad

Aaron Shaad has extensive experience in cloud solutions and technical support, currently serving as a Cloud Solution Specialist III and Cloud Engineer at Hyland since June 2011. Previously, at Lexmark Enterprise Software, Aaron managed the administration of Perceptive Software's ImageNow and participated in cloud strategic projects utilizing platforms such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. Earlier roles include Lead Support Specialist at H&R Block, where Aaron oversaw a large tech support team, and a position in the IT Department at Highland Community College. With a foundation in computer science from Highland Community College and various programming roles early in the career, Aaron has developed a robust skill set in cloud engineering and software implementation.
